BJ140T Packing Diary 2025.4.28

We packed a BJ140T model to be sent to Pakistan. Due to the large amount of goods allocated by the customer, we made advance plans and tried to make full use of all the space in the 40HQ container. With our thorough preparation, we successfully loaded all the goods with a total volume of 40cbm within 4 hours, and the process went very smoothly.

The BJ140T model is a small-sized machine that can be used for the production of products made of materials such as PP, PS, PE, etc. This model is one of our company's basic models, with a tie bar spacing of 420mm * 420mm and a maximum mold thickness of 450mm that can be accommodated. The basic model has a glue injection volume of 200g, a system pressure of 175bar, and a glue injection speed of approximately 150mm/s. Thanks to the higher system pressure and injection speed, compared with other models in the same price range on the market, our company's models have fast movements, decisive and powerful injection, and high stability and competitiveness.

Our company has developed a PET preform specific model based on BJ140T, expanding the derived usage scenarios of this basic model. In the future, our company will continue to explore other usage scenarios of this model. Please stay tuned.
